Workshop Toolkit Facilitator's Guide
The Toolkit Facilitator's Guide is a set of tools in Notion, designed to organize planning from a Design Thinking Workshop to more complex learning journeys.
Why did I create this?
I have been helping engineering, product, designer and entrepreneur teams to go through learning journeys, through Workshops and applying models such as Lean Inception, Design Sprint. For more than 4 years I know that preparing and applying a workshop is a lot of work.
Between meetings, space preparation, materials, presentation and meetings, there are many efforts that can be reduced to help you focus on people.
Teams in general suffer from unstructured processes that reduce exposure to innovation
Whenever I started a new workshop with a client, I recreated a Kanban board, divided the tasks and planned a schedule.
A waste of time!
So I decided to create the Design Workshop Toolkit
I created this Template to help other people save time and improve their learning process by facilitating high performance teams in startups or large corporations. I spent over 150 hours working on it, so you don't have to waste time building it yourself.

Disclaimer
- This journey design operating system does not guarantee that you will automatically succeed with your workshop and/or gain more clients with it. You need to work.
- This resource does not guide you in detail on how to be or become a facilitator. It focuses on how to start designing your journeys using the multiple possibilities that exist.
- This is not a video course. It is a guide and system.
FAQ
- Does this work in the free version of Notion?
Yes. After making the purchase I will send you a link to duplicate this in your Notion workspace. You don't need to be on Notion's Personal Pro plan to use it.
- Is there a refund policy?
Yea! If you feel that the newsletter operating system has not provided any value, please write to me and I will refund you within the first 30 days. I'm passionate about making products that people value and I'm confident in the value of that, but I want you to use it and be happy! The only thing I ask is that you tell me how I can improve.
- If I really like certain sections of the Design Workspace OS and want to duplicate them in my personal workspace, can I?
Right! Feel free to do whatever you want with the newsletter operating system components in your personal workspace. I only ask that you do not resell parts of it or create blogs/articles using content that is found in the Newsletter operating system word for word.
- Can I duplicate this database to share with my team/friends?
This is a personal license for individual use, so no! I'll explore having a team license or a specific build that has team capabilities if I get a lot of questions about that.
- What makes you, Eduardo, qualified to create this?
I'll be honest here. I don't have a crazy amount of applied workshops. However, I am a Facilitator, Designer and Product Manager with many years of head banging, with multidisciplinary teams of people, engineering, and stakeholders, who managed to find a way to organize myself that brings impact on the results of my work.

P.S. If you are a student from a low-income country or cannot afford this for whatever reason, please get in touch and I will do my best to make it work for you!
